Colorino is an offline children’s coloring book application. It is designed so that children can use the App without sharing personal data, and without being exposed to advertising or analytics tracking.

- No advertising SDKs and no personalized ads.

- No access to camera, microphone, contacts, location, or photos.
- All coloring progress is stored only on the device and never sent to us.
- The only payment option is a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all coloring content.
- A simple parental gate (dynamic math question) is used before purchase screens to help ensure adults authorize purchases.
- Payment data is processed solely by Apple or Google; we do not receive your card or billing details.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
Colorino has been built with a strict data minimization approach. Within the App itself:
We do not collect or store:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information
- Location data (GPS or approximate location)
- Device identifiers (IDFA, Advertising ID, etc.)
- Usage analytics, behavioral data, or crash analytics for profiling
- Photos, videos, or audio recordings
- Contacts, calendars, or other device content
We do not create user accounts and do not require any sign-up or login.
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies within the App.
If you or your child opens and uses Colorino, all interaction is handled locally on the device and is not transmitted to People Park.
4. Offline Use and Local Storage
Colorino is designed to work fully offline.
Coloring pages, color selections, and similar in-app progress are stored only on your device using local storage mechanisms provided by the operating system.
This information:
- Is used solely to allow the child to continue coloring where they left off.
- Is not sent to our servers (we do not operate any backend servers for this App’s gameplay data).
- Is under the control of the device owner (you can remove it by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s data from your device settings).
We do not have remote access to any of this local data.
5. Purchases and Payment Processing
Colorino offers a single, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks all coloring categories. One category is available for free; the remaining content is unlocked after this purchase.
Purchases are processed exclusively through:
- Apple App Store (for iOS/iPadOS devices), and/or
- Google Play Store (for Android devices).
When you make a purchase:
- All payment details (such as credit/debit card numbers, billing addresses, and other financial data) are handled directly by Apple or Google.
- We do not receive or store your payment card information.
- We may receive limited, non-identifying information from Apple or Google (e.g., transaction IDs, country/region, product purchased) for:
- Accounting and tax compliance
- Verifying that a purchase was successfully completed
- Restoring purchases on the same platform
Any personal data processed by Apple or Google in connection with a purchase is governed by their respective privacy policies.

7.1 Parental Gate for Purchases
To help ensure that only parents or other adults can authorize in-app purchases, Colorino includes a simple parental gate before any purchase screen is shown. This gate consists of a small dynamic math question intended to be easy for adults but difficult for young children.
The answer to this question is evaluated only locally on the device.
The answer is not stored and is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
This mechanism is used solely to help prevent children from initiating purchases on their own.
It does not create any user profile, tracking, or behavioral analysis.
