Colorino App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the Colorino mobile application ("Colorino" or the "App") published by PEOPLE PARK YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI ("People Park", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Who Can Use the App
Colorino is designed for children ages 2-5. A parent or legal guardian must supervise the child's use of the App and is responsible for the child's actions within the App, including any purchases.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Colorino for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except where permitted by law.
3. Purchases
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock all coloring categories. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and their terms apply. We do not receive your payment details. Please review your app store settings and parental controls if a child uses the device.
4. Privacy
Colorino does not collect personal data or require an account. All coloring progress is stored locally on the device. Please review our App Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access non-public areas, or interfere with the App's operation. The App is intended for safe, positive use by children and families.
6. Third-Party Services
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms may apply their own terms and policies, which you should review.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep Colorino safe and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, People Park is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk, and parents or guardians are responsible for a child's use.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
